We love Story Pig. Friendly happy owners and staff. The food is delicious (especially the cinnamon buns) the scotch eggs are amazing and their breakfast and the breakfast bap are second to none. The pizzas are cooked to order and very tasty. You can’t beat the view where you can see The Tor and more, it’s simply a beautiful place to be. See you next weekend.

We had an absolutely delightful experience at The Story Pig in Sherborne! Their Full English Breakfast was nothing short of spectacular. The locally sourced ingredients were bursting with flavor, and everything was cooked to perfection. The bacon was crisp, the sausages were juicy, and the eggs were exactly how we like them. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a charming rustic vibe that made us feel right at home. The staff were friendly and attentive, adding to the overall wonderful experience. It’s clear that a lot of care and passion go into both the food and the service here. If you’re in Sherborne and looking for an exceptional breakfast spot, The Story Pig is an absolute must-visit. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Two beautifully decorated tipis in the Somerset countryside. This quirky little cafe is located at a pig farm and is only open on certain days of the week. On your way into the cafe there are diggers and a fair bit of building work. It gives the impression of a busy farm. It also makes you question whether you are in the right location as the cafe isn't immediately visible. If you persevere the produce is fresh and has a Swedish influence to it. The staff are friendly and the cakes are amazing. Definitely a cafe that is worth a visit.

Great food and atmosphere with views across Somerset. To the people saying it's expensive, go to any garden centre nowadays and you'll get far inferior, not locally sourced food for similar prices and bought in cakes from a wholesalers. The cakes are clearly home made and tasted superb, along with hot breakfast baps and hot drinks in decent sized reusable cups (for anyone who's an eco nut). We found the owners and staff welcoming and chatty and can only assume previous poor owner reviews are down to today's moaning, expect the world for £1, "great British public"! I know I couldn't work in hospitality in this country will recommend and return.

We had a wonderful Sunday lunch at The Story Pig. Both the nut roast and pork were absolutely delicious—full of flavour and beautifully cooked. The cauliflower and broccoli cheese, carrots and potatoes were just perfect. It all felt like a truly comforting, home-cooked meal. On an extremely cold day, the warm, cosy atmosphere inside the barn was so welcoming. We also loved browsing through the lovely products made from the farm’s own produce, and we couldn’t resist taking home some of the fabulous cakes on offer—though it was tough to choose! A fantastic experience all around, and we’ll definitely be back!
